Since launching the agency in 1997, Gwen has led the Griffin team in developing and executing strategic communications campaigns and programs for both consumer and trade audiences. As CEO, Gwen focuses on strategic planning and advocacy for the agency and its clients.  ​​

Jeff has deep understanding of the complexities, risks and opportunities in space exploration and development. His vast industry experience and storytelling expertise shortens the learning curve for a client. He easily articulates “the big ideas” that drive strategies to success.   

Lauren works closely with our account teams to exceed client expectations through strategic partnership and exceptional service. With a communicative leadership style and a passion for staff development, she helps the team deliver creativity, value and powerful client results. 

Val works closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals. She oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and risk management, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies.  

Brooke excels at mixing strategy with her command of the English language. From news releases and marketing collateral to video scripts and talking points, she guides the team in developing content that gets clients noticed.  

Rena specializes in building relationships and partnerships that support Griffin and its clients. She plays a multi-faceted role at the agency, where she supports marketing and business development, guides client account strategy and leads team members.  

A talented strategist and logophile (aka word buff), Melissa can translate complex ideas into clear, effective and integrated strategies. Her communications solutions elevate clients’ brand awareness and reputation, helping them to achieve their business goals. 

Armed with creative expertise and strategic vision, Mollye excels at transforming big ideas into engaging visual narratives and campaigns that drive engagement while also remaining true to a client’s brand.  

Sara brings a different perspective to Griffin’s media relations expertise, having spent more than a decade as a newspaper reporter. As Senior Account Executive, she leads clients in developing press engagement/communications strategies, social media planning and other content pieces. 

Kristin’s diverse experience and proven track record in managing complex logistics have made her a trusted leader at Griffin. She consistently delivers impactful results for clients and agency operations alike.

Chris excels at media relations and social media with his strategic and results-driven approach. From drafting news releases and media pitching to developing social campaigns and coordinating events, he ensures clients’ messages are engaging, on-brand and positioned for maximum impact.

Abbi plays a key role in crafting social media strategies/content and analyzing performance metrics to drive client success in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Bill is an expert crisis communications consultant and media trainer with extensive experience working with the aviation/aerospace, defense, energy, higher education and healthcare industries. He has more than 30 years of experience in corporate public relations, crisis response, journalism and military public affairs.

Bruce is a senior public relations consultant with five decades of experience in the news media and public relations fields. He is recognized as an expert in crisis management with experience in labor, financial, legal and regulatory, and physical crises.
